OW TO ONNECT THE
HOW TO CONNECT THE POWER CORD
This product must be grounded. If it should malfunc-
tion or break down, grounding provides a path of least
resistance for electric current to reduce the risk of
electric shock.
DANGER:

Check with a qualified electrician or service-
man if you are in doubt as to whether the
product is properly grounded. Do not modify
the plug provided with the product—if it will
not fit the outlet, have a proper outlet
installed by a qualified electrician.
This product is for use on a dedicated 20-amp,
120-volt circuit. No other appliance should be on the
same circuit. The product is equipped with a cord hav-
ing an equip-
ment-grounding

conductor and a
grounding plug.
Plug one end of
the cord into the
INCLINE
TRAINER as
shown in
drawing 1.
If desired, you

can route the
cord under the
INCLINE
TRAINER so that
the cord exits at
the opposite end.
With the help of a
second person,
carefully tip the
INCLINE
TRAINER onto
one side as
shown in drawing
2. Secure the
cord to the three
pre-drilled holes
in the underside
of the frame using the three cord clips and the three
cord screws. Then, tip the INCLINE TRAINER back to
the upright position.

Next, plug the grounding plug into a standard NEMA
5-20 receptacle as shown in drawing 3. Do not modify
the plug or the receptacle. Do not use an adapter, a
surge protector, or an extension cord.

HOW TO CONNECT A CATV CABLE
If your INCLINE TRAINER has the Workout TV con-
sole or the iFIT.com console, a CATV cable must be
connected to the INCLINE TRAINER in order for cable
TV stations to be viewed.
Locate the cable
jack on the front of
the INCLINE
TRAINER. Connect
the CATV cable to
the cable jack.
HOW TO CONNECT NETWORK WIRING
If your INCLINE TRAINER has the iFIT.com console,
network wiring must me connected to the INCLINE
TRAINER in order for the console to access the internet.
Locate the network
jack on the front of
the INCLINE
TRAINER. Connect
a network wire to
the network jack.
