Using the phone book

Enter the Phonebook menu: the list of contacts is displayed if you already have contacts stored (if not, refer to §Storing a
new contact). When you select a contact, an icon is displayed in the title bar:
contact stored on the SIM card
contact stored in the phone's memory
contact stored in fixed dial. For more details about activating this option, refer to PIN2 Code and Restricted contacts
in the Security menu.
You can quickly reach a contact by entering their first letters (up to three). Press the navigator to view it.

Storing a new contact

There are two ways to store a contact:
1)
select [Options], then Add phone contact or Add SIM contact, or
2)
press the navigator to enter Add contact and then select Phone, SIM card or Fixed directory.

Enter the name and press the navigator.

Enter the number and press the navigator.
Note:
You can fill in other fields if you store the contact in the phone memory: email, address, ring tone, photo, etc.

Press [Save] to store it.

Calling a contact

There are several possibilities:

Select a contact. Press the green key to make the call.

Select a contact and press the navigator, the number is displayed: press [Call] to make the call.

Direct call from the idle screen (only for contacts stored in the SIM card memory): enter the number with which the contact
was saved followed by

) or the number followed by
; the number is displayed, confirm.
