Signalling

The system sta tus is in di ca ted by the
- con trol pa nel LEDs;
- back-lig hted di splay (40 cha rac ters on 4 li nes);
- buz zer.

The sta tus LEDs

The fol lo wing sec tion de scri bes how the Con trol pa nel
LEDs ope ra te, and the ac tions that can be ta ken du ring
the va rio us pha ses si gnal led on the LEDs. Du ring
standby sta tus,ONLY the GREEN Ma ins LED and the
Day mode LED (if the con trol pa nel is in Day mode)
sho uld be On (glo wing).
The two FAULT LEDs slow blin king ONLY in di -
ca tes a FAULT event in me mory.
LEDs
FIRE Glo wing in di ca tes Alarm sta tus. In the event of an Alarm, the Con trol pa nel will ac ti va te the
unbypas sed alarm out puts.

Pre-alarms Glo wing in di ca tes Pre-alarm sta tus.
Communicator
Glo wing in di ca tes that the Te lep ho ne de vi ce out put is ac ti ve. On the di splay of the con trol pa nel it
(Red)
is pos si ble to know the con nec tion type: PSTN, GSM, or LAN net work.
FAULT Glo wing in di ca tes the pre sen ce of a Fa ult: the fol lo wing LEDs or the scre en on the di splay in di ca te
the type of the Fa ult. Slow blin king in di ca tes a fa ult event in me mory (Re set turns OFF ).
Logic Unit Glo wing in di ca tes a bloc ked Con trol pa nel. IMPORTANT: Ma in te nan ce re qui red.
NOTE – When the Con trol pa nel is swit ched on for the first time, this LED will blink un til a Re set has
been per for med.

Silence Glo wing in di ca tes that Si len ce a ble out puts have been for ced to standby by me ans of SILENCE key;
in Day Mode the SILENCE will re ma in un til the SILENCE key will not be pres sed aga in,
whi le in Night Mode af ter the Si len ce Time ex pi res au to ma ti cally the SILENCE will end.

Day/Night Mode
The con trol pa nel can ope ra te in DAY or NIGHT Mode.
If the system is si len ced du ring DAY Mode, SILENCE
sta tus will be held un til the system is un si len ced (i.e. un -
less new alarms or fa ults oc cur). If the system is si len -
ced du ring NIGHT Mode, SILENCE sta tus will be held
un til the Night Mode Si len ce time ex pi res (re fer to "Si -
len ce" ). On po wer up (at de fa ult) the system will set to
DAY Mode. Du ring this ope ra ting
alarms/fa ults will not be un si len ced au to ma ti cally.
This Con trol pa nel will ge ne ra te an Instant Alarm if
alarm con di tions are de tec ted du ring Night Mode
or if an alarm is trig ge red from a Cal lpo int.
