BODY TRIMMING
•
Place the flat top of the trimmer comb against the skin.
•
Slowly slide the trimmer through the hair, against the direction of hair
growth.
•
If hair builds up in the trimmer comb during the trimming process,
switch the unit off and remove the fixed trimmer comb. Brush the
trimmer/rinse comb.
•
For a closer more precise shaping, remove the adjustable trimmer
comb and trim the hairs along the outer edges.
EDGING AND SHAPING OR CLOSE TRIM
•
Remove the trimmer comb attachment.
•
Hold the trimmer at a right angle to your skin and press down gently.
CLEANING, CARE & MAINTENANCE

Ensure the appliance is switched off and unplugged from the mains.
•
The easiest and most hygienic way to clean the appliance is by rinsing
the appliance head under the tap after use while the blades are
running.
•
Allow water to run into and through the wash out port to help wash
any hair trimmings from the inside out.
Rinsing under water requires re-lubricating the cutting blades once a
month. Use only light grade oils, such as the one supplied (sewing machine
oil can also be used). Spread 1-2 drops of oil over the cutters with your
fingertip. Wipe away all excess oil.
Use only light-grade oils as these will not evaporate or slow down the speed
of the cutting blades.
Do not use hair oil, grease, or any oil mixed with kerosene or solvent as
these too will evaporate.
STORAGE
When not in use, unplug the appliance and store it out of reach of children
in a safe dry place. Never wrap the cord around the appliance as this will
cause the cord to wear prematurely and break. Handle the cord carefully
for long life and avoid jerking, twisting or straining especially at the plug
connections.
