PROBLEM
Unit shuts off unexpectedly
or does not operate.
No air circulating from the unit. Unplug unit. Check filters. Clean or replace filters if necessary.
Increase in noise level.
Odors and smoke are
not removed.
The discharged air has an
aroma or odor.
The unit automatically enters
sleep mode in well-lit
environments.
Air quality status remains poor. Check to see if the filter is heavily soiled. Replace if necessary.
The AQI display is not working
properly.

TROUBLESHOOTING GUIDE

SOLUTION
Check that the unit is plugged into a working electrical outlet.
Check to see if the motor protector is triggered.
Check that the filters are in the unit and the panels are closed.
Make sure the filters are clean. Replace if necessary.
Make sure the air vents are not blocked.
Turn the unit off and restart after 15 minutes.
Clean or replace the fitlers.
Check to see if the filters are heavily soiled.
Replace the fitlers.
Check to make sure there is nothing blocking the light sensor.
Increase the fan speed to circulate air.
Check to make sure the dust sensor is clean. Check to see if
the filters are heavily soiled. Replace the filters.
