Power connection with device connector

WARNING
Any work may only be carried out while the motor is at
standstill.
Never connect or disconnect plug connectors under load!
NOTICE
Mounted components (e.g. KTY84, encoder) can contain
parts susceptible to electrical discharge (ESD).
Observe the ESD safety measures.
During connection:
● Use ready-made connection cables of Rexroth. See documentation
Rexroth Connection Cables.
● Observe the specified circuit diagrams within the project planning man‐
ual Asynchronous Housing Motors MAD/MAF.
● The connections must be established such that a permanent safe elec‐
trical connection is ensured.
● Establish a safe protective conductor connection.
● Do only use plug connectors free from dirt, foreign bodies and humidity.
● Completely tighten the screw-type device connector. The vibrating O-
ring must no longer be visible.
● Connect or disconnect plug connections only in de-energized, dry and
clean state.
● Protect the device connectors from external force effect.
