OSD settings for DVD

Use the Disc rating lock
This allows you to limit access to individual programs
base on disc rating.
Note : Make sure the source "DVD" is selected
D
and TV power is "ON".
1. Press MENU on the remote control and select
Parental control > Disc rating lock.

Change PIN
2. Enter your PIN.
3. If you do not have a PIN, set one as described in
Set or change your PIN on page 19.
4. Press or and then press OK to lock or

unlock one or more ratings.

5. Each rating has a box-graphic in front of it to

• A box with X indicates that the rating is

• An empty box indicates that the rating is not

6. Press MENU to exit.
Disc rating Description
Kid safe Kid safe.
G All ages.
PG Parental guidance.
PG-13 Parental guidance less than 13 years old.
PG-R Under 17 years old, parental guidance suggested.
R Under 17 years old , parental guidance strongly
suggested.
NC-17 17 years old and above.
Adult Adult only.

This allows you to set disc function.
Press MENU on the remote control and select Disc
setup.
