ΠΕΡΑΣΜΑ ΤΗΣ ΕΠΑΝΩ ΚΛΩΣΤΗΣ

επιβεβαιώνεται πάντα ότι σηκώνετε τον ανυψωτήρα του
ποδιού πίεσης πριν περάσετε την επάνω κλωστή. (Εάν
δεν σηκωθεί ο ανυψωτήρας του ποδιού πίεσης, η σωστή
ένταση της κλωστής δεν θα επιτευχθεί).
Β. Γυρίστε τη ρόδα προς το μέρος σας μέχρι η βελόνα να
φτάσει στην ψηλότερη θέση και ο πετεινός να είναι ορατός.
C. Περάστε κλωστή στη µηχανή µε το αριστερό σας χέρι
ενώ κρατάτε σφικτά την κλωστή µε το δεξί σας χέρι όπως
φαίνεται στην εικόνα.
* Οδηγήστε την κλωστή µέσω των οδηγών κλωστής (1), και
µετά τραβήξτε τη µέσα στον οδηγό προ-έντασης (2).
* Τραβήξτε την κλωστή µέσα στους δίσκους έντασης,
περνώντας την κλωστή στα αριστερά της πλάκας (2).
Μετά οδηγήστε την κλωστή στο κάτω µέρος της εγκοπής.
* Κάντε µια αναστροφή γύρω από το εσωτερικό του σωλήνα
(3).
* Περάστε την κλωστή µέσα από τον πετεινό (4) από τα
δεξιά προς τα αριστερά.
* Τραβήξτε την κλωστή µέσα στο εσωτερικό του πετεινού
µέχρι να φτάσει στο µάτι του µοχλού.
* Οδηγήστε την κλωστή µέσα στον οδηγό κλωστής (5).
* Περάστε την κλωστή µέσα από το µάτι της βελόνας (6)
από µπροστά προς τα πίσω. (Δείτε την ακόλουθη σελίδα

Περαστήρα Κλωστής).
ΣΗΜΑΝΤΙΚΟ:
Για να επιβεβαιώσετε ότι η κλωστή έχει περαστεί σωστά
στους δίσκους ένταση, κάντε αυτό τον απλό έλεγχο:
1.) Έχοντας σηκωµένο το ποδαράκι, τραβήξτε την
κλωστή προς το πίσω µέρος της µηχανής. Θα πρέπει
να διαπιστώσετε µόνο µια µικρή αντίσταση και λίγη
ή καθόλου απόκλιση της βελόνας.
2.) Τώρα κατεβάστε το πόδι πίεσης και τραβήξτε πάλι
την κλωστή προς το πίσω µέρος της µηχανής. Αυτή
τη φορά θα πρέπει να διαπιστώσετε ένα σηµαντικό
ποσοστό αντίστασης και µεγάλη απόκλιση της
βελόνας. Εάν δεν διαπιστώσετε την αντίσταση δεν
έχετε περάσει σωστά την κλωστή και χρειάζεται να
την ξαναπεράσετε.
THREADING THE TOP THREAD
A. Raise the presser foot lifter. Always be sure to raise the
presser foot lifter before threading the top thread. (If the
presser foot lifter is not raised, correct thread tension
cannot be obtained.)
B. Turn the hand wheel toward you until the needle is in its
highest position and the thread take-up is visible.
C. Thread the machine with your left hand while firmly gripping
the thread with your right hand in the following order as
illustrated.
* Guide the thread through thread guide (1), and then pull
it into the pre-tension guide (2).
* Pull the thread into the tension discs, passing the thread
to the left of plate (2). Then guide the thread to the
bottom of the groove.
* Do a U-turn around the inside of the tab (3).
* Pass the thread through the thread take-up (4) from right
to left.
* Pull the thread into the inside of the take-up lever until it
reaches the eye of the lever.
* Guide the thread into the thread guide (5).
* Pass the thread through the eye of the needle (6) from
front to back. (See following page for instructions on
operation of the Automatic Needle Threader.)
IMPORTANT:
To verify that the machine is threaded properly in the
tension discs, do this simple check:
1.) With the presser foot raised, pull the thread towards
the back of the machine. You should detect only a
slight resistance and little or no deflection of the
needle.
2.) Now lower the presser foot and again pull the thread
towards the the back of the machine. This time you
should detect a considerable amount of resistance
and much more deflection of the needle. If you do
not detect the resistance you have miss-threaded the
machine and need to re-thread it.
