NOTE: Smoke stack cap is
adjustable. Turn the cap clockwise
(close) when cooking with higher
temps and counter clockwise (open)
when cooking with lower temps.
CAUTION: While operating, DO NOT
keep the lid closed for longer than 1
minute when the grease tray flywheel
is fully open.
