This field activates the CPU thermal function after the systems boots for
the set number of minutes. The options are 16Min and 64Min.
Limit CPUID MaxVal
Enabled : Limit CPUID Maximum value to 3 when use older OS like
NT4. (Default value)
Disabled : Disables CPUID Limit for windows XP. (Default value)
