    Mini / Multi-Split Programmable Controller 3.3 On/Off When the wired control is on the main screen, press the ON/OFF button to turn on the unit. Press the ON/OFF button again to turn off the unit. The displays in both ON and OFF states are shown in Fig.

    Mini / Multi-Split Programmable Controller 3.10 System Error View When an error occurs in the unit, the error symbol will be displayed on the main screen of the wired controller to indicate there is a unit malfunction. When this occurs, you can enter the error view screen to determine the cause of the current error.

    Mini / Multi-Split Programmable Controller 3.11 Timer Menu The wired controller can set 6 types of timers: one-time clock timer, everyday schedule, one week schedule, two week schedule, countdown timer on and countdown timer off.Select the timer symbol after entering the main menu. Press the MENU button to enter the timer menu.

  • Page 20 Mini / Multi-Split Programmable Controller 3.11.4 Two Week Schedule Using the TWO WEEK schedule, daily schedules may be programmed for up to two weeks. Within each day up to eight individual time segments can be set. The unit will execute corresponding timer settings over the course of the two week period.

    Mini / Multi-Split Programmable Controller 4.2 Installation Requirements 1. Do not install the wired controller in a damp place or in direct sunlight such as directly opposite a window. 2. Do not install the wired controller close to a high-temperature object or in a place where the wired controller is likely to be exposed to water spray.

The recommended distance between the indoor unit and the controller is 25 feet (8m), but can be up to 65 feet (19.8m) 1.
