Troubleshooting
Symptom
No communication with the
cameras is possible.
Nothing happens even when
operations are performed
correctly; or the operations
are performing incorrectly.
Even when an All-In-One
Headset or belt pack is
registered to a Center
Module, they remain out of
range.

Cause/solution
p p Have the cameras been registered in the Center Module?
 No communication with the cameras is possible if the cameras
have not been registered. Register the cameras that are to be
connected.
p p This unit may not be working properly.
 Press the reset button on the side panel of this unit using a fine-
tipped object. (The settings, etc. will not be cleared.)
p p Is the [Sound Band] set to "Wideband"?
 Set to "Narrowband" when using WX-CT420, WX-CH450,
WX-CH455, or WX-CH457P (software version earlier than 2.0).
(The default setting is "Wideband".)
