4) Analog deviation diagnostics
*1: The panel SW and the status display are not included in the diagnostics. At the
times of regular repair, it is possible to check the presence or absence of any panel
SW failure as well as the lighting status of panel LEDs by conducting the
power-ON/OFF tests.
*2: One-off errors may not be detected depending on diagnostic cycle timing, etc.
