Problem
My device is not
acquiring satellite
signals.
The suction cup
will not stay on my

Solution
• Verify that the GPS simulator is turned off

• From the main menu, touch Tools > Settings >
System > GPS Simulator > Off.
• Take your device out of parking garages and
away from tall buildings and trees.
• Remain stationary for several minutes.
• Clean the suction cup and windshield with rubbing
alcohol.
• Dry with a clean, dry cloth.
• Mount the suction cup
• Check the fuse in the vehicle power cable
