Troubleshooting
Before servicing this equipment always make sure to
relieve the pressure.
Check all possible problems and solutions before
disassembling the heater.
CAUSE
No current.
Faulty circuit board.
Burned out heater element.
Fluid requires more warmup time.
Wrong temperature setting.
Flow rate too high.
Clogged fluid passages.
