Select Actions.
Select a subject port (device).
Select an available option.
Edit the Name field if desired.
Select an available command.
Click Apply Action. A checkmark appears in the Actions
checkbox.
Click Next.
Select Emails.
Select an e-mail message.
Select a contact.
Click Apply Email/Contacts. A checkmark appears in the
Emails checkbox.
