Stop the machine on a level ground, apply
the parking brake, and put chocks under
the tires.
1.
Articulate the machine to the left and raise the
lift arm.
2.
Dump the bucket and set stand [1] and hydrau-
lic jack [2] to support the lift arm and adjust its
height.

Support the lift arm securely.

Stop the engine and loosen the hydrau-
lic tank cap gradually to release the
pressure in the tank.
k
Operate the work equipment control
lever 2 – 3 times to release the residual
pressure in the work equipment circuit.
3.
Remove cover (2) on the work equipment con-
trol valve.

Disconnect the following hoses and tubes from
work equipment control valve assembly (2).

Plug the disconnected hoses to prevent oil
leakage.

Put tags to the disconnected hoses and
record the installed positions etc. on them.
(3): T port hose (return)

(5): Lift arm raise PPC hose
q
(6): Bucket tilt PPC hose
q
(7): P port hose
q
(8): P port hose
q
(9): A1 port hose
q
(10): B1 port hose
