3.3 Communicating with Contacts

Call Contacts

NOTE: The available call options vary depending on the phone number(s) saved for a
specific contact and the number of SIM cards installed on the device.
1. Tap Home screen > Google folder >
2. Tap a contact in the list.
3. Tap Call (
) to call the contact. Refer to
"Chapter 4: Using the Phone" on page 28.

Text Contacts

1. Tap Home screen > Google folder >
2. Tap a contact in the list.
3. Tap Text ( ).
4. Compose and send your message. Refer to
"Chapter 5: Email & Messages" on page 33.

Video Chat with Contacts

1. Tap Home screen > Google folder >
2. Tap a contact in the list.
3. Tap Video (
) to start video chat.
NOTE: Video chat uses Google Duo app.

Email Contacts

1. Tap Home screen > Google folder >
2. Tap a contact in the list.
3. Tap Email ( ).
4. Compose and send your email. Refer to "Chapter 5: Email & Messages" on page
