C. Start-Up
CHECK INDOOR UNIT FAN SPEED AND RECORD.
CHECK OUTDOOR UNIT FAN SPEED AND RECORD.
AFTER AT LEAST 10 MINUTES RUNNING TIME, RECORD THE FOLLOWING MEASUREMENTS:
OIL PRESSURE
SUCTION PRESSURE
SUCTION LINE TEMP
DISCHARGE PRESSURE
DISCHARGE LINE TEMP
ENTERING OUTDOOR UNIT AIR TEMP
LEAVING OUTDOOR UNIT AIR TEMP
INDOOR UNIT ENTERING-AIR DB (dry bulb) TEMP
INDOOR UNIT ENTERING-AIR WB (wet bulb) TEMP
INDOOR UNIT LEAVING-AIR DB TEMP
INDOOR UNIT LEAVING-AIR WB TEMP
COMPRESSOR AMPS (L1/L2/L3)
CHECK THE COMPRESSOR OIL LEVEL SIGHT GLASSES; ARE THE SIGHT GLASSES SHOWING
OIL LEVEL IN VIEW?
