Ingredients
For the wings
Remove winglet (Cut half) 5 wings, Oil 1 tbsp., Garlic
– pound (5 ea) 25 g, Chilli Powder ½ tsp., All purpose
flour - last, don't marinade 2 tbsp.
For the Sauce
Anchor Salted Butter 40 g, Garlic- Chop (2 ea) 14
g, Cili Padi - smash (5 ea) 13 g, Curry Leaf 2 stalk,
Knorr Salted Egg Powder 2 tbsp.
Instructions
For Wings
Marinate the chicken for 30 mins. Then dust with
flour. Arrange on casserole with 2 tbsp oil. Put it in
the microwave oven. Select this menu in autocook
and press a START/+30s button. When the beeps,
take out it and turn the wings over. Put it in the
microwave oven and press a START/+30s button
again. After cooking, take out and put on paper
towel.
For Sauce and Complete Dish
For the sauce, use the same casserole and put
butter, cili padi, curry leaf and garlic. Put it in the
microwave oven and operate a 850 W for 2min.
30sec. After cooking, take out it and stir well.
Add the salted egg powder and mix well. Put it in
the microwave oven and operate a 850 W for 30
sec. After cooking, quickly take out using glove and
put in the chicken wings. Pour sauce on the wings
and toss well. Serve hot.

Palm Sugar 60 g (Grated), Tomato paste 30 g, Salt
and Sugar to taste, Water 150 g
