Symptom
The memory card recorder
cannot be turned off.

Remedy
HOLD•POWER
• Slide the
"POWER" and keep it there until "Power Off" animation
appears (page 19).
• The power to the memory card recorder is off.
HOLD•POWER
Slide the
"POWER" and keep it there until the opening animation
appears (page 19).
• The batteries have been inserted with incorrect polarity
(page 13).
• Insert the new batteries (page 13).
• Take out the batteries and insert them again.
• Take out the batteries and insert them again.
• If the memory card recorder is required to process a large
amount of data, it may take longer for the memory card
recorder to start. This is not a malfunction of the memory card
recorder. Wait until the start-up display disappears.
• You may have formatted memory card using the computer.
Use the memory card recorder formatting function to format
the memory card (page 43).
• The batteries are weak (page 14).
• The power to the memory card recorder is off.
