    Preventing unintentional operations (HOLD) You can disable all the buttons (HOLD) in order to prevent unintentional operations when you carry the memory card recorder while the power is on. The recording level is set automatically. You can also review the latest recording file by just pressing the PLAY/ENTER button without the rewind operation.

    Place the memory card recorder so that the built-in microphones face the direction of the source to be recorded. Press REC/PAUSE in the stop mode. The recording indicator lights in red. You do not need to press and hold REC/PAUSE while recording. The new file will be automatically recorded after the last recorded file.

  • Page 29 Tips • Before you start recording, we recommend you make a trial recording first. • If the input level is not strong enough, connect the headphone jack (minijack, stereo) of other equipment to the (microphone) jack of the memory card recorder and adjust the volume level on the piece of equipment connected to the memory card recorder.
