make a mistake in the clock settings.
When you set the minute, the "Setting
Completed" message appears.

If you do not press

within 1 minute of entering the clock
setting data, the clock setting mode is
canceled and the stop mode window will be
displayed.

While the memory card recorder is in the
stop mode, press

seconds.
Setting the clock using the
menu
While the memory card recorder is in the
stop mode, you can set the clock using
the menu.
Press MENU to enter the menu mode.
Then select "Date&Time" to set the
clock (page 41).
