6. Removal of Fan Rotor / Fan Motor
Procedure
Step
1. Detach the fan rotor.
Remove the suction grille,
electrical box and piping
fixture.
Remove the 5 screws

off the bell mouth and
take it out.

Remove the nut.
Pull out the fan rotor

toward yourself.
2. Detach the fan motor.
Remove the 3 screws
1
off the fan motor cover
and take it out.
Now take out the fan
2
motor.
Removal Procedure
Warning
Be sure to wait 10 minutes or more after turning off all power supplies
before disassembling work.

Points
<Attention in the fan motor
installation>
Before you tighten screws, be
sure that the rubber vibration
isolators (front, back) of the fan
motor firmly fit into the both
holes of the installation board
and fan motor cover when you
install a fan motor.
