Displaying Station Signal
Strength [T.RCL (Tuner Re-
call)]
You can display the signal strength of a desired
radio station while you are listening to other
sources such as CD player or CD Shuttle.
When the "FUNC" indicator is on, press the F5
button in the Tuner mode. The display shows
(ON)

the bar-graphic signal strength of the selected
T.RCL
radio station.
(OFF) To cancel the T.RCL mode, press the F5 button

T.RCL
again.
Note: If you use a power antenna, extend the
antenna during the T.RCL mode.

Mono/Stereo Switching

"ST" indicator appears when a stereo is tuned

When the "FUNC" indicator is on, press the F4

button to switch from stereo to monaural FM
reception. This will help in reducing the noise of
weak FM Stereo broadcasts. In the monaural
mode, the "ST" indicator disappears. Press the
F4 button again to return to the stereo mode.
