6-11 MAIN Circuit Board:
* The knobs, buttons and supporting fixtures on the MAIN
circuit board are not components of the circuit board.
When replacing the MAIN circuit board, be sure to remove
these parts according to the following procedure.
6-11-1 Pull out the sixty-one (55) volume knobs from the MAIN
circuit board. (Fig.2)
* When installing the volume knobs, be careful of the color
of the knob. (Fig.2)
6-11-2 Remove the eight (8) ON buttons, eight (8) sleeves (for
ON buttons), nine (9) PFL buttons and twenty-five (25)
HPF buttons from the MAIN circuit board. (Fig.3)
6-11-3 Remove the three (3) screws marked [60]. The MIX2
support can then be removed from the MAIN circuit
board. (Fig.3)
6-11-4 Twist the six (6) hooks of the MIX1 support (upper) to
become straight, and the support can be removed from the
MAIN circuit board. (Fig.3)
* Also, the MIX1 support (lower) can then be removed in
the same manner.
6-11-5 Detach the meter cover from the meter reflector. (Fig.3)
7. Power Switch and AC Connector
(Time required : About 6 minutes each.)
7-1 Remove the rack mount angle L and R. (See procedure 1.)
7-2 Remove the bottom cover. (See procedure 2.)
7-3 Remove the PS circuit board. (See procedure 3.)
7-4 Remove the side cover R. (See procedure 4.)
7-5 Remove the power switch by bending its claw. (Fig.4)
7-6 To remove the AC connector, remove the hexagon nut and
flat washer. (Fig.4)
* The power switch and AC connector cannot be separated
from the top cover without removing the soldered wirings.

6-11 MAINシー ト ：
* MAINシー ト上のノ ブ、 ボタ ン、 サポー ト金具は、 シー トの
構成部品ではあ り ません。
MAINシー ト を交換する際は、 以下の手順でこれ らの部
品を取り外して使用して下さい。
6-11-1 MAINシー ト から ノ ブVRを55個抜き取り ます。 （Fig.2）
* 再取付け時は、 ノ ブVRの色に注意して下さい。 （Fig.2）
6-11-2 MAINシー ト からボ タ ンON Ass yを8個、 ス リーブONボ タ
ン を8個、 ボ タ ンPFLを9個、 ボ タ ンHPFを25個、 抜き取り ま
す。 （Fig.3）
6-11-3［60］ のネジ3本を外し、 MAINシー ト からサポー トMIX2を
外します。 （Fig.3）
6-11-4 サポー トMIX1 ［ upper］ を固定している フ ッ ク6ヶ所を ま っ
すぐになる よ う にひねり、 MAINシー ト からサポー トMIX1
［upper］ を抜き取り ます。 （Fig.3）
* サポー トMIX1 ［lower］ も同様に抜き取り ます。
6-11-5 リ フ レ ク タMETERから ウ ィ ン ド ウMETERをはがします。

7. 電源スイッチとACコネクター
（所要時間：各約6分）
7-1 ラ ッ ク アングルL、 Rを外します。 （1項参照）
7-2 ボ ト ムカバーを外します。 （2 項参照）
7-3 PSシー ト を外します。 （3項参照）
7-4 サイ ド カバーRを外します。 （4項参照）
7-5 電源ス イ ッ チのツメ を曲げて電源ス イ ッ チを外し ます。

7-6 六角ナ ッ ト と平ワ ッ シャーを外してA C コネク ターを外しま
す。 （Fig.4）
* 電源スイ ッ チとACコネ クターは、 接続さ れている線材を
外さ ないと、 パネルか ら分離できません。
