Network and telephone lines cannot be connected to the NETWORK (LAN) connector on your computer. If these connectors are connected to the telephone lines
mentioned below, high electric current to the connectors may cause damage, overheating or fire.
- Home (intercom speakerphone) or business-use telephone lines (multi-line business telephone);
- Network lines such as 10BASE-T, 100BASE-TX, and 1000BASE-T lines (Depending on your model. Read the printed Specifications sheet for more information.);
- Public telephone subscriber line;
- PBX (private branch exchange);
- Lines other than those mentioned above.
