Converting Remote
Control for VTR or DVD
Equipment
Loewe DVD players and video recorders can be
operated directly using the remote control.
1. Converting remote control:
Press button,
the VTR indictor on the remote
control lights up...
For DVD players, press the
button again, the DVD indicator
lights up...
press again, none of the
indicators is lit up, TV Mode is
activated.
Obviously if you switch to another appliance,
e.g. VTR, the TV cannot be operated. Either
switch back to TV or wait 20 seconds for the
remote control to switch back to TV mode
automatically. If the video recorder or the DVD
player is no longer being operated (after 20
seconds), the remote control will switch back to
TV mode, no indicator will be lit up.
Note: With Loewe video recorders VV3600H,
VV8500H and VV5000M, use the original
remote control or ...
2. In TV mode you can control Loewe
video recorders connected to the
Euro-AV sockets via the video
operating strip:

video devices have been set in
the "AV Connections" menu.
