About the "Motion Eye" Camera

There is a vertical line when shooting a bright subject with a dark
background using "Motion Eye"
This is a phenomenon called "smear." This is not a malfunction.
The image in the view finder of "Smart Capture" is rough
If you are shooting an image of minimum size, such as 40 x 30, the
image may appear rough.
If you are shooting a subject in rapid movement, there may be a gap.
However, this is not a malfunction.
The images imported with "Motion Eye" are not clear
Shooting under fluorescent light may result in reflections.
Red or green noises may occur if the imported images include dark
parts.
If you import a still image of size 640 x 480, the image may appear
rough.
The shot image and the imported image may differ when you import
a still image of size 640 x 480.
Check that the lens of the "Motion Eye" is clean.
Use the focus ring for focus adjustment.
There are picture gaps and sound gaps when importing video images
If you are shooting using a battery pack, use the AC profile or the
Camera profile in the PowerPanel software. See the on-line help of
the PowerPanel software for details.
Gaps may occur based on the effect settings in the Smart Capture
software. See the on-line help of the Smart Capture software for
details.
The "Motion Eye" does not show any images
Check that you are not using any other application software such as
Smart Capture which uses the "Motion Eye". If the "Motion Eye" still
does not show any images, restart your computer.
