Troubleshooting - General
Cause
Check connections for proper
voltage (11~16VDC)
Check connection to ground
Replace fuse
Check connections at speakers
Insulate all bare speaker wires from
each other and chassis ground
Check for pinched wire
Check for pinched wire
Use fuse with correct rating
Check mounting sleeve and
backstrap support
Press EJECT or RESET
Press EJECT or RESET
Write disc using WMA files that are
not copy-protected
Repeat search using valid
parameters
Write disc using valid audio files
with .mp3 or .wma file extensions
Press and hold EJECT for 3 seconds
to reset CD mechanism position
Remove 2 transit screws located on
top of the unit
Version 1.0 to 2.0 ID3 tags are
supported.
