Starting
After checking to make sure that all the tubes have been adequately sealed, that the power
supply cable has been connected to its attachment and the gun is in the rest position, the pump
can be started.
After inserting the suction tube in the tank and the gun in the filling hole, switch on the pump,
gradually release the gun's lever and begin the transfer of the Diesel oil.
WARNINGS
It is absolutely prohibited to abandon the pump while filling in order to prevent the potential
overflow of Diesel oil.
Never start the pump before first connecting the suction and delivery tubes.
After closing the gun, switch off the motor pump as quickly as possible.
It is absolutely prohibited to use the pump with your hands wet, barefoot or while standing
in water.
WARNING: The use of batteries of adequate capacity that are not sufficiently charged
creates decreased pump speed, reduced flow, and insufficient suction that may lead to the
lack of suitable Diesel oil flow.
ASSEMBLY AND DISASSEMBLY
The motor pump has no separate accessories and therefore does not require assembly.
The motor must be disassembled only and exclusively at authorized assistance centers or
by qualified technicians.
MECHANICAL RISKS
Risks created by extreme surrounding temperature.
Remember that excessively low temperature (-30℃) can freeze the diesel oil inside the
pump and that this can cause serious damage to all parts of the motor pump.
Excessively high temperature (40℃in the shade) can cause the sagging or dilatation
of the unit's plastic parts. We recommend fastening the unit in a well-ventilated area
protected from direct sunlight.
MAINTENANCE AND TROUBLE SHOOTING
Maintenance
Maintenance operations can be performed only after first disconnecting the power supply
plug. The motor pump does not require any special maintenance inside, and for this
reason must never be disassembled. It is important to keep the suction and delivery
sections perfectly clean and free from all clogging.
