When a roof luggage rack is fitted, open

the panorama sliding sunroof only if this
has been tested and approved for
Mercedes-Benz.
The panorama sliding sunroof may be raised
to allow ventilation of the vehicle interior.
Notes on driving with a roof load
Distribute roof load and cargo evenly and

place heavy objects at the bottom. You
should also observe the notes on loading the
vehicle ( page 110).

Drive carefully, avoiding abrupt pulling away,

braking and steering, as well as fast corner‐
ing.
When transporting roof loads and when the

vehicle is fully loaded or fully occupied,
select drive programs ; and A. These
are designed to focus on stability

Using the 12 V socket
Requirements:
Only connect devices up to a maximum of

180 W (15 A).
Depending on the vehicle equipment, the vehicle
has the following 12 V sockets:
In the front passenger footwell
R
In the electronics compartment in the centre
R
console of the rear passenger compartment
In the load compartment
