Preparing the Camera

Installing the Battery Pack

The camera uses four AA-size alkaline batteries supplied
with the camera. You may use optional nickel metal
hydride (NiMH) batteries.

Be sure that the camera power is off.

Slide the battery cover lock, and push the
battery cover slightly forward. Then open
the cover.

Insert the batteries as shown.
Positive end (+)

Close the battery cover.
