Phone Settings
Note: Not all SIM cards have a PIN2. If your SIM
card does not, this menu does not display.
Change PIN2
(Menu 6.6.8)
The Change PIN2 feature allows you to change
your current PIN2 to a new one. You must enter
the current PIN2 before you can specify a new
one.
Once you have entered a new PIN2, you are
asked to confirm it by entering it again.
Note: Not all SIM cards have a PIN2. If your SIM
card does not, this menu dose not display.
Extra Settings
You can turn the automatic redialling or
answering features on or off.
To turn a

The following options are available:
Auto Redial: when this option is checked, the
phone makes up to
ten attempts
phone number after an unsuccessful call.
Note: The interval between two attempts varies.

Active Folder: when this option is checked, you
can simply slide the folder up to answer a call.
When it is unchecked, you must press a key to
answer a call, depending on the setting of the
Anykey Answer option. See below.
Anykey Answer: when this option is checked,
you can answer an incoming call by pressing any
key, except the
key and the Reject soft
key. To reject the call, press the
Reject soft key.
When this option is unchecked, you can only
press the
key or Accept soft key.
Short Cut
(Menu 6.8)
The Navigation keys can be used as shortcut
keys. In Idle mode, they allow you to access
specific menus directly.
The Left and Right keys are fixed as a shortcut
to the Text Messages menu and the Voice
Memo menu. In this menu, you can change the
shortcuts assigned to the Up and Down keys.
To assign a shortcut to a key:
1. Select the key to be used as a shortcut key
by pressing the Up or Down key and press the
Select soft key.
2. Select the menu to be assigned to the key by
pressing the Up or Down key.
Note: To deactivate a shortcut key, select the
None option.
3. Press the Select soft key to save the selection.
