Camera
Settings: allows you to change the default
settings for taking a photo.
Photo Size: allows you to select a photo size.
Photo Quality: allows you to change the image
quality.
Shutter Sound: allows you to select a sound
when you press the shutter, the right soft key or
Camera key.
Default Name: allows you to change the default
prefix of the photo name.
Help: shows you the functions of the Navigation
keys for adjusting an image.
Taking a Photo with the Folder Closed
1. Close the folder.
2. To turn the camera on, press and hold the
Camera key on the right side of the phone.
The image to be captured appears on the
external display.
3. Adjust the image by aiming the camera at the
subject.
• Use the
key on the left side of the phone
to adjust the brightness of the image.
• Use the
key on the left side of the phone
to zoom in or out.
4. Press the Camera key to take the photo.
The photo is automatically saved in the My
Photos menu (Menu 4.2).

(Menu 4.2)
This menu allows you to review your photos.
When you access this menu, your phone displays
them in Thumbnail mode, which shows photos
as small images.
Scroll through the photos using the Navigation
keys. The
icon indicates that it contains the
photos taken in Muti-shot mode. The number in
the icon shows the number of the photos in the
current image folder. To view the photos on the
full screen, press the View soft key. In this
mode, you can scroll through the photos using
the Left and Right keys. To go back to Thumbnail
mode, press the Multi soft key.
Press the Options soft key to use the following
options:
Send: allows you to send the photo as a
multimedia message. For further details, see
page 86.
Set as: allows you to set the image as your
wallpaper for the idle screen or a caller ID image
for Phone Book entries.
Rename: allows you to change the name of the
photo.
Delete: deletes the photo.
Protection: allows you to protect the photo
from being deleted.
Properties: shows the properties of the photo,
such as the file name, file size, time and date it
was saved, photo size, quality and protection
status.
