Automatic Power OFF (iX1500/iX500/iX100/SV600/S1300i)

When the ScanSnap is turned on and left unused for the specified time, it will turn itself off
automatically.
HINT
l For iX1500/iX500/SV600/S1300i, a notification informs you 5 minutes before the ScanSnap turns
off automatically.
l For iX100, a notification appears in the following cases:
-
When a USB cable is used for connection, the ScanSnap will turn off automatically five minutes
later.
-
When the ScanSnap is powered by the battery, the ScanSnap has turned off automatically.
Turning the ScanSnap back on after the ScanSnap Has Turned off

To turn the ScanSnap back on, perform one of the following operations:
l Press the touch panel of the ScanSnap
l Close the ADF paper chute (cover) and open it again
HINT
To continue using the ScanSnap, reset the time until auto power-off by performing one of the following:
l Load a document in the ScanSnap
l Press the touch panel of the ScanSnap
l Close the ADF paper chute (cover) and open it again
iX500/S1300i
To turn the ScanSnap back on, perform one of the following operations:
l Press the [Scan] button on the ScanSnap (this will not start scanning)
l Close the ADF paper chute (cover) and open it again

To continue using the ScanSnap, reset the time until auto power-off by performing one of the following:
l Load a document in the ScanSnap
l Press the [Scan] button on the ScanSnap
l Close the ADF paper chute (cover) and open it again
iX100
To turn the ScanSnap back on, perform one of the following operations:
l Press the [Scan/Stop] button on the ScanSnap
l Close the feed guide and open it again
