The Palm Desktop Installer Menu
did not appear when I inserted
the CD-ROM into my Windows

Click the Start button.
1.
Choose Run from the Start menu.
2.
Click Browse.
3.
Locate your CD-ROM drive and select the Setup.exe file.

Click Open.

Click OK.

Try the following:
Disable any virus scanning software on your computer.

If a dialog with buttons appears instead of a list of tasks,
click the Task List button and then end all tasks except
