Uniform Call Distribution (UCD)

Description
Calls to a UCD group are distributed uniformly among the group members so that each
member can share the same load. Calls to a UCD group hunt for an idle extension in a circular
way, starting at the extension following the last one called. This UCD feature is particularly
helpful when a certain extension receives a high volume of calls compared with other
extensions.
UCD Group can be made up by assigning the group type of an Extension Group as "UCD." Up
to 128 UCD Groups, each consisting of more than one extension in the same tenant, can be
created in the system.
