Checklist before Reporting Failure

Symptom
Boiler isn't operating
Hot water isn't coming out.

Holiday mode displayed on the screen?
Service icon displayed on the screen?
Is the gas valve locked?
Is the water supply cut off?
Is cold water valve locked?
Isn't the hot water tap open too little? Please open hot water tap more so that the

Are you using hot water in too many
places at the same time?

Solution
Press either

button to operate
heating.
Please confirm the error code (example: E003)
on the center of the Room controller screen
and follow instructions in 'Self-Diagnosis' page.
Open the gas valve and switch the boiler off
and on. Replace the gas if it is LPG.
Please wait until water is supplied again.
Please open direct water valve connected to
the boiler.

' button then increase hot water
temperature by turning the dial clockwise.
Please control cold and hot water mixture.
Hot water volume will decrease if you use
hot water in various places at the same time.
Please use less hot water.
