9. NTSC/ PAL Di gi t al encoder
 The NTSC/PAL digital video encoder
(DENC) module converts a digital video
data stream into NTSC or PAL composite
or component video output.
 The digital input format includes 8- bit
(interleaved) or 16- bit YCbCr 4:2:2 video.
 The MS9405 ENCODER output can be in one of the following formats:
- .Baseband composite (M) NTSC or (B,D,G,H,I) PAL analog video.
- .Separate analog Y/C outputs to support S- video.
- .Separate analog component video RGB or SMPTE YPbPr outputs.
