Your Orange phone, like any mobile phone,
operates using radio signals, mobile and
fixed line networks which cannot always
guarantee connection in all conditions.
Therefore never rely solely upon your mobile
phone for essential communication such as
medical emergencies. Do not hang up during
an emergency call until you are told to do so
by the operator.
Note: When using voice dialling you must
say the name exactly as you said it when you
recorded it, which may be difficult in, for
example, a noisy environment or during an
emergency. Do not rely solely upon voice
dialling in all circumstances.
Note: A valid SIM Card must be inserted in
your phone in order to make emergency
calls. Pay as you go customers do not need
to have talk time available, but need to have
used the phone in the previous six months.
