4 Service

4.1 Servicing Guidelines

WARNING!
Risk of Injury or Damage
Improper maintenance and servicing may lead to
injury or damage. To avoid injury or damage:
– Use Invacare service parts only.
– Only professionals of the health care field
or persons fully conversant with this process
such as factory trained personnel should
perform service, preventive maintenance
or performance adjustments on the oxygen
concentrator and its equipment.
– Disconnect all power sources prior to
performing maintenance or service, unless
otherwise directed by this service manual.
– The power supply, battery pack, and battery
charger are not serviceable items. DO NOT
attempt to disassemble, modify or service
these items.
– DO NOT heat the battery pack above 140° F
(60° C).
Properly clean all tools prior to performing maintenance
or service.
