ELECTRICAL INSTALLATION
WIRING JUNCTION BOX
1. Before installing, wire the receptacle into an electrical
circuit. This should be done before framing the fire-
place. Wire with minimum 60° C wire in accordance
with prevailing codes.

2. Remove the cover plate located on the outer shell-
right side.
3. Loosen two screws on the Romex connector, feed the
necessary length of wire through the connector and
tighten the screws.
4. Make all necessary wire connections and reattach the
cover plate to the outer shell.
Label all wires prior to disconnection when
servicing controls. Wiring errors can cause
improper and dangerous operation. Verify
proper operation after servicing.

Electrical connections should only be performed

supply must be turned off before connecting to
the main electrical power supply or performing
service.

This appliance is equipped with a three-prong
(grounding) plug for your protection against
shock hazard and should be plugged directly
into a properly grounded three prong recepta-
cle.
IMPORTANT: Always check local building codes. This in-
stallation must comply with local regulations as well as
the National Electric Code.
