Programme options

Options

You can select and deselect the options
before starting the programme using
the appropriate buttons and the display.
 Open the door.
 Switch the dishwasher on with the
 button.
The indicator light next to the
programme selected will come on.
 Select a programme.
 Press the button for the option you
want.
The indicator light for the relevant
button will come on if the option is
available for the programme selected.
If the option is not compatible with the
programme selected, a message to this
effect will appear in the display.
 In this instance, confirm the message
with OK.
 Start the programme by closing the
door.
The option selected will remain active
for that particular programme until the
setting is changed.
Short
The Short option reduces the duration
of programmes in which this option is
available by up to 30% (see
"Programme chart").
In order to achieve optimum cleaning
results, energy consumption may
increase slightly with this option.

When used in combination with the
QuickPowerWash programme, the
Short option results in a wash
programme without drying or automatic
opening of the door (if available).
Energy save
The Energy save option reduces the
energy consumption of programmes in
which this option is available by up to
20%.
In order to achieve optimum cleaning
results, the programme duration is
extended with this option.
Intensive lower basket
The Intensive lower basket option
intensifies cleaning performance in the
lower basket in programmes in which
this option is available.
Energy and water consumption are
increased slightly due to the extended
wash duration in the lower basket.
Extra dry
The Extra dry option improves the
drying performance in programmes in
which this option is available.
Energy consumption is increased due
to an extended fan running time and an
increased final rinse temperature.
