Minimum Requirements

• Com puter w ith network adapter installed
• Cat.5e or Cat.6 network cable
• The surface must support a t least 1.5 kg for the switch
• The power outlet should be within 1.82 m (6 ft) o f the switch
• Make sure th a t there is proper heat dissipation and adequate ventilation
around the Switch
• Do not place heavy objects on the switch

2. Hardware Installation

1. C onnect the Power Cord to the TEG-S16Dg/TEG -S24Dg and then to a power
outlet.
2. C onnect a Cat.5e or Cat.6 RJ-45 network cable from the com puter to an
available Ethernet port on the TEG-S16Dg/TEG -S24Dg.
