` GFX Configuration
& Primary Video Device
Specifies the first initiation of the monitor display from the installed PCI graphics card, PCI Express graphics
card or the onboard graphics.
IGD Video
Sets the onboard graphics as the first display.
NB PCIe Slot Video S ets the graphics card on the PCIe slot controlled by the CPU as the first display.
(Default)
SB PCIe Slot Video S ets the graphics card on the PCIe/PCI slot controlled by the Chipset as the first
display.
& Integrated Graphics
Enables or disables the onboard graphics function.
The BIOS will automatically enable or disable the onboard graphics depending on

the graphics card being installed. (Default)
Disables the onboard graphics.
Disabled
Always activates the onboard graphics, whether or not a PCI Express card is

installed.
& UMA Frame Buffer Size
This item is configurable only when Integrated Graphics is set to Force. Frame buffer size is the total
amount of system memory allocated solely for the onboard graphics controller. MS-DOS, for example, will
use only this memory for display. Options are: Auto (default), 32M, 64M, 128M, 256M, 512M, 1G, 2G.
` SATA Configuration
& OnChip SATA Channel
Enables or disables the integrated SATA controllers. (Default: Enabled)
& OnChip SATA Type
Enables or disables RAID for the SATA controllers integrated in the Chipset or configures the SATA controllers
to AHCI mode.
Native IDE
Configures the SATA controller to IDE mode.
RAID
Enables RAID for the SATA controller.
AHCI
C onfigures the SATA controllers to AHCI mode. Advanced Host Controller Interface
(AHCI) is an interface specification that allows the storage driver to enable advanced
Serial ATA features such as Native Command Queuing and hot plug. (Default)
& OnChip SATA Port4-7 Type (SATA3 4~SATA3 7 connectors)
This option is configurable only when OnChip SATA Type is set to RAID or AHCI. Configures the operating
mode of the integrated SATA3 4~SATA3 7 connectors.
As SATA Type The mode depends on the OnChip SATA Type settings. (Default)
IDE
D isables RAID for the SATA controller and configures the SATA controller to IDE mode.
& PORT0 Hot Plug~PORT7 Hot Plug
Enables or disable the hot plug capability for each SATA port. (Default: Disabled)
& SATA Power on PORT0~SATA Power on PORT7
Enables or disables each SATA port. (Default: Enabled)
` Super IO Configuration
This section provides information on the super I/O chip and allows you to configure the serial port and
parallel port.
& Serial Port A
Enables or disables the onboard serial port. (Default: Enabled)
& Parallel Port
Enables or disables the onboard parallel port. (Default: Enabled)
& Device Mode
This item is configurable only when Parallel Port is set to Enabled. Selects an operating mode for the
onboard parallel (LPT) port. Options are: Standard Parallel Port Mode (Default), EPP Mode (Enhanced
Parallel Port), ECP Mode (Extended Capabilities Port), EPP Mode & ECP Mode.
