Troubleshooting

Problem
1. The appliance does not work
2. Oven lighting does not work.
3. E0 error
4. E1 error
5. Fan does not work
6. Oven has power but is not
heating
If any of the above steps do not resolve your issue, please contact
CDA Customer Care to arrange a repair. Contact details are below.
Please have to hand all the details from your appliance's rating plate
which can be found on the back of the oven and/or on the back of the
instruction manual/warranty card.
Important: All repairs must be carried out by CDA authorised service
technicians.

Reason
No power
Loose or damaged bulb
Oven temperature reading error
Probe temperature reading
error
Risk of overheating! Immediately unplug the appliance or switch
o the main circuit breaker. Refer the repaire to the nearest service
centre.
Ensure the clock has been set (see page 16).
Automatic cooking may be set (see page 18).

Remedy
Check the power supply
and the fuse, replace if blown.
Replace the blown bulb (see
Cleaning and Maintenance on
page 24).
You cannot use the oven, please
refer the repair to the nearest
service centre.
The message should disappear
once the probe is unplugged. Oven
can still be used without meat
probe. Replace the probe.
