Possible Causes
Wash cycle not performing as expected (cont)
• Excessive suds in washing machine.
• Load may be out of balance.
Unusual Noise
• A small object caught between the
edges of drum.
• Washing machine isn't properly
leveled.
• Clothing is balled up in washing
machine.
Error Code Appears in Display
• Wash water is too hot. Washing machi- Wash water is too hot. Washing machi-
ne may be connected incorrectly to the
home hot water supply.
Load could be unbalanced or too large.
• Problem detected with the main relay.
• Problem detected with the pressure
sensor.

Solution
• When excessive suds are detected, a
special suds routine automatically starts
to remove extra suds and ensure proper
rinsing of your garments. This routine
will add time to the original cycle.
• When load unbalance occurs,
a washing process will start to
redistribute the load. This extends the
cycle time. Avoid washing single items.
Balance a single item such as a rug or
jeans jacket with a few extra items.
• Check the front and rear edges of
the drum for small objects. Clean out
pockets before laundering.
• The washing machine may vibrate if
not properly installed. See Installation
Guides. All four washing machine feet
should be in firm contact with the floor.
• When balled up, the load will bounce,
causing the washing machine to
vibrate. Separate the load items and
restart the washing machine.
• Make sure that the washing machine
is connected to the cold water supply
only.
• Avoid tightly packing the washing
machine. Avoid washing single items.
