3. Raise the lever U9, and then turn the
knob U7 to counterclockwise.
5. Turn the knob B2 and B4 to
counterclockwise at the same time until
the LED light is off

4. Open the front left and right covers of
the main unit.
6. Turn the levers C1 to the left and
lever C2 to the right.
7. Pull out the unit.
