5-2. Opening/Closing a Local Web Browser

Opening a Local Web Browser

Turn on the 630L.

"Terminal Connection Manager" dialog box is displayed.
Please follow the directions relevant on the environment of the 630L.
(1) If the web server is on the same network (Intranet):
Go to step 3.
(2) If the web server is not on the same network, and a dial-up connection is
needed (Internet):
Click an active button of a small window on the right bottom of the screen.
A dial-up connection is made by clicking the button. Check the clock's
running, and go to step 3.

Click the [Connections] tab.
Select the desired [Connection Name] and click [Connect] (or simply double click
the connection name).
4.
The local web browser opens.
It is possible to browse web pages on the internet.
